This automobile is a work of art. I took this photo of it, and tried to give a thumbs up to the driver, who ended up being a confused young woman. Whole Foods shoppers.
It probably was a gift by her wealthy parents.

According to Motortrend, the Porsche Panamera (Turbo) is a much better track car. But this is so much prettier (and also faster in a straight line) that I don’t much care. Gimme.

I don’t like the RS7. I honestly prefer the normal A7.
All the exaggerated vents bother me.

Who on earth is going to track these cars? Lol. But yeah. This has all the wants.

People do or at least British people do. I was shocked when I first went to Brands Hatch, how many unexpected cars where on track.
458, sure. Clio, of course. Maybach, yeah. Wait, what? Hang on is that a Rapide? I guess it is still an Aston. “X6M rolls past”, fuck it nothing makes sense anymore.
That’s the thing about cars today, unless there is a market, they won’t survive but just because the majority of buyers don’t use as intended doesn’t mean they aren’t those that do.
Look at the MX5. That car is heralded as the saviour of sports cars by some but to the vast majority of people it’s for hairdressers and old men having a a mid life crisis yet those same people always bark the old “not used for what it was built for” line and it is getting old.
A lot of people don’t want to admit it but a lot of enthusiasts do buy new so don’t be too surprised to see a New Range Rover powering through a muddy forest or a new M5 tearing up the track. It does happen, I’ve seen it.

Well yeah, but we’re Jalops. We’d track anything.

But the exaggerated twin turbos on the exaggerated V8 aren’t enough to make up for it? APR has these doing 730hp / 750lbs-ft on nothing but high octane and a tune...

It looks pretty good, but it also looks like every Audi from the last decade. Hard to get excited about it.

Some times I feel that people that don’t know what they have don’t deserve it.
I mean, they could be perfectly nice people. But it kills me to know that there’s a woman right now, driving
that
around thinking its another fancy Audi.

I would buy the car if it was just all vents welded together lol
RS7 is a beautiful machine....
But good news for you is that the 2012/13 A7 is now a $45k car on Carmax.

A friend of mine’s step mother got a new RS7 recently. Lives out of state so all I’ve seen are pictures. Man I love them. I get such funny pants feelings when I see them.
